Sea turtle writing report

Description:this term for writing we did a report on sea turtles.the report was of the sea turtle life cycle
So it starts of with eggs then hatchlings then growing up and last adults.

Sea turtle Report

Sea turtles are amazing creatures , here are some facts about them

Eggs:the mother lays up to 50-200 eggs that are shaped like ping pong balls 20%want hatch 

Hatchlings:50%of baby sea turtles that hatch will be eaten by predortors and 400% of
eggs will hatch in the water because they get carried away by the tide.Sometimes when they hatch they're small enough to fit in their hand.

Growing up:sometimes they grow till there the size of a of a dinner plate 200%
made progress to adulthood but while their  still growing up they a lot of predortors 
for example rubbish and oil spills.

Adults:20 survive to breeding age and 2 survive human invention.

Evaluation: I enjoyed writing about sea turtles because turtles are my second favourite animal but my first is a dolphin.Next time I'm going to challenge myself by writing more of my report.

Douglas park

Description:1 Week ago our school and Douglas park did a sports exchange.Every year we have a 
sports exchange to see who can win over the tararua challenge flag.there were 5 sports we could play
Netball,basketball,Hocky,soccer and rugby I played netball because netball is my favourite sport.

Evaluation:the most thing I enjoyed was getting my medal for good sportsmanship because 
It made me feel proud of myself.Next time I'm going to challenge myself by pushing myself 
to make it to atleast to the b team.

TΔ“ rΔ“o

Description:for tΔ“ rΔ“o me Libby and Rosie have been making a māori lift the flaps game.
How it works is that we tape a object made out of paper and stick the top of it on a big piece of
paper and write in English what it is above it and lift the object up and write underneath 
in māori what the objects called.

  Feedback: I think that your game is so cool and it looks like the put a lot of work into it and I like the choice of food the you used
  Feedfoward : I think next time you could make the cheese look a bit more like cheese-Atlanta

Evaluation: I think I did well on cutting out the time I'm going to challenge myself by
Making more foods with māori words.

Moon inquiry

Description: in our inquiry in Nics class we made a movie about the had to some facts on what we know about the moon and at least 1 question we would like to find out.
